Root Canal Therapy

Many people, unfortunately, experience a toothache. This is usually the result of a cavity that has gone into the nerve of the tooth.

But it can also be the result of trauma or gum disease as well. When a toothache occurs, it usually is because the nerve in the tooth is dead or dying. When this happens, a root canal will remove the nerve and alleviate the pain while allowing you to keep your tooth.

Many people have also heard “horror stories” about root canals. With modern technology, those issues are a thing of the past! Here at Dayspring Dental, we use The Wand computerized anesthesia machine for the most comfortable anesthesia you have ever had. We also use a special 3-D x-ray machine, the Cone Beam CT, which gives us a three dimensional view of your tooth, so we can treat your tooth with the utmost precision. We also use very high magnification surgical glasses because you can’t treat what you can’t see! Our goal is to give you the highest level of care and comfort.
